Meet Lauren

Lauren Speckin, MS, BCBA

Community Supports Program Supervisor

Lauren is a board certified behavior analyst who has been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2013. Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology, with an emphasis in behavior analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. While working toward her degree, Lauren gained experience working with young children with disabilities by teaching skills and reducing challenging behavior in both clinic and home-based settings.

​Lauren received her Master’s degree in behavior analysis from the University of North Texas. While working toward her degree, she gained a variety of experiences. Lauren was a student academic assistant for college students and an online teaching assistant for professionals seeking board certification. She provided treatment focused on teaching social skills and reducing challenging behavior for children with disabilities in home and community-based settings. During her professional training, Lauren also worked at a state residential facility providing behavioral programming for adults with developmental disabilities, training for caregivers, and developing measurement and training systems for caregivers. Lauren also facilitated behavior management workshops for parents and professionals.


Areas of Expertise: Lauren’s areas of expertise include development and assessment of parent and caregiver initial and ongoing training and performance.
