Meet Nicole

Nicole Scharrer, MS, BCBA

Treatment Center Supervisor

Nicole is a licensed board certified behavior analyst and has been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2009. Nicole received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in psychology, with an emphasis in behavior analysis and her master's degree from Western New England University in applied behavior analysis.  While pursuing her bachelor’s degree, Nicole gained experience working with young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. While pursuing her master’s degree, Nicole gained experience assessing and treating severe challenging behavior in teenagers and young adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

Areas of Expertise: Nicole’s areas of expertise include the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior, the development and implementation of self-help and verbal behavior programming, and functional communication training.
